Airborne contaminants are pulled into the ducts every time the heating and cooling system runs. According to the EPA, a build up of only 0.42 inches of dirt on a heating or cooling coil can decrease efficiency by 21%.

Priority scheduling of service or repair calls. Scheduled maintenance visits at times suitable for each client (i.e. schools air conditioning maintenance visits scheduled during out of term periods)
